Exchanges
- We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or unused and in its original condition.
- Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- The return courier charge for any exchange will be borne by the customer.
Return and Exchange Procedure

- Return Address: Our team will provide you with the return address for the return or exchange parcel.
- Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
- Include a Note: Include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return and exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the return and issue a refund or process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
